Continuing with bunking the dialysis.

So, as per my allopathic doctors, I am suppose to undergo bi-weekly dialysis.
Thanks to my current homeopathic doctor, I am messing with that rule and instead going to the dialysis, once every fortnight!

So the learning from all this:

  • Cretanine is not to be feared.
  • Dialysis is nowadays used to flush the excess liquid out of your body.
  • Urea is a by-product of the body that needs to be removed, else it messes with your appetite.
  • Hb is something that needs to be tracked carefully, as it is one of the major functions of the kidney.
So for me,

  • Cretanine is still out of control(its still 13-ish after 2 weeks of dialysis)
  • There is no excess water logging in my body, inspite of non functional kidneys.
  • Urea is being controlled via medicines(its W.I.P, hoovering around 3x the normal value)
  • Hb is starting to touch near normal value. It is still low. But over the past weeks, its has only improved.
That said, I could have been saved from the ordeal of going through the dialysis, this is what my gut and my doctor says!

Going forward, hope cretanine will start coming in control, then I can write dialysis off my monthly ToDo list!

The rise and Fall of cretanine...

So most probably the medicines were working.. My cretanine values moved from: 11 10 9 7 6 This happened after an initial rise and then coming to this trend. I would credit the following for the improvement: Diet Pranayam Medicine Nerve Massage Therapy Combination of all these resulted in a gradual drop.

New Year New Hope
