New Year New Hope

I am hoping to get rid of one dialysis atleast in a week.
  • I am not taking paneer paratha.
  • Although my diet is not strict
  • Pranayam is not regular, after I caught bad cold!
  • Reports are as per previous month.
Need to meet ayurvedic docs!!
