Why the hell is UREA so high again?

Alright, Urea is not cooperating!
Cretanine is fixed at 6.5!

Time to sync with Ayurvedic docs!

They say:

  1. Soak veggies before eating in warm water
  2. Limit paneer to 50 gms a day
  3. Seasonal changes?
  4. Eat paneer in day
These tips again didn't reduce urea much! But atleast it was a start!

New Year New Hope

I am hoping to get rid of one dialysis atleast in a week. I am not taking paneer paratha. Although my diet is not strict Pranayam is not regular, after I caught bad cold! Reports are as per previous month. Need to meet ayurvedic docs!!
